At this time, N Thatcher Law LLC focuses primarily on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Special Needs Planning. We are also in the process of obtaining VA accreditation for Nick Thatcher, which will allow us to add legal assistance for VA Benefits to our core services once complete.
However, we understand that legal needs don’t always fit neatly into one area of law. Our attorney is trained in general practice and is happy to meet with you to discuss your legal concerns at our consultation rate of $100.
If we determine that your matter is outside our scope or that another attorney would be better suited to assist you, we can connect you with trusted professionals in our local legal network. In such cases, all or part of your consultation fee may be refunded or transferred to the referred attorney.
